Texas, ordering a General Election to be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020, for the
following purposes: Elect one (1) At-Large Town Council Member from Place 1 for
a two (2) year term, Elect one (1) At-Large Council Member from Place 6 for a three
(3) year term, and voting “Yes” or “No” on three proposed Home-Rule Charter
Amendments; providing for the appointment of Election Officers; providing for the
designation of the places and manner of holding said election; providing for the
designation of the Early Voting Polling Places; providing for the designation of the
Early Voting Clerk; providing for posting and publication of notice; providing a
severability and conflicts clause; and providing for an immediate effective date.

various Sections within Chapter 46, of the Code of Ordinances for the Town of Little

F. Refund associated with the Town’s Home Improvement Tax Incentive Program for
the property owner of 117 W Park Street, within Little Elm’s town limits, and
authorize the Town Manager to execute the Home Improvement Tax Incentive

Project and Financing Plan of Reinvestment Zone Number Five, Town of Little Elm;
